Outer: 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex Mid Layer: Rubber Foam Inner Lining: Polyester Does not contain Latex.
How to Use
Wrap support around outer side of upper forearm and insert strap. Position pads below the elbow, where tension or soreness occurs. Tennis (outer arm) and golf (inner arm below elbow) are the common areas for soreness. With arm straight, make hand into a fist, then pull strap to lock pads in place. Relaxing hand will then ensure support is comfortable.
