How to Use
Place support on the ground with all straps open. Place heel on opening and support under foot with side elastic straps underneath. Wrap side ankle straps first. Then apply left side of foot before right side and affix fastener firmly yet comfortably. The elastic straps under the foot are designed to cross over and affix to each other behind the ankle for best support.
