Warnings and precautions: Talk to your doctor if you experience nosebleed, fever, severe pain, purulent nasal discharge, impaired vision, asymmetric midface or eyes or facial numbness, because these symptoms or findings are generally considered as severe warnings for all forms of sinusitis which require examination by a medical specialist and urgent medical treatment. Talk to your doctor if the symptoms persist for more than 7 – 14 days, worsen or recur periodically. In case of known gastritis and patients with a sensitive stomach particular caution is required when taking this medicine.
