How to Use
Adults & Children 12 years: Chew 1 tablet prior to consuming dairy products. Repeat the dose if you continue to eat dairy after one hour. Adjust dose to suit your individual needs. Do not exceed 4 tablets a day. Adults & Children 12 years: Chew 1 tablet prior to consuming dairy products.

Warnings
