Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose, a natural sugar found in milk and dairy products. The body has insufficient levels of lactase, an enzyme that helps digest lactose in the digestive system and therefore cannot digest lactose completely or not at all. Lacto-Free helps break down the lactose sugar in dairy products, making it possible for you to enjoy dairy products such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and ice cream without the symptoms. No added preservatives, gluten, artificial flavours, colours, sugar, yeast or dairy.

How to Use
Adults & Children over 12 years: Swallow 1 to 2 tablets prior to consuming dairy products. Repeat the dose if you continue to eat dairy after one hour. Adjust dose to suit your individual needs. Do not exceed 12 tablets a day. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN Store below 25°C.
