Ingredients
Active Ingredients (per 62.5mL Ice Block): Glucose monohydrate 1g. Citric acid monohydrate 300mg. Sodium from Sodium chloride 61.5mg. Potassium from Potassium Citrate 50mg. How to Use
1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer. 2. When frozen cut open one end with clean scissors. 3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end. 4. Suck small amounts until consumed. Hydralyte Ice Blocks may be consumed unfrozen, however, Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more convenient as a drink. Age Under 12 months Recommended dosage 1 x Ice block every 60 mins. Max. Ice Blocks per day (tablets) 16. Age 1-3 years Recommended dosage 1 x Ice block every 60 mins. Max. Ice Blocks per day (tablets) 24. Age 3-6 years Recommended dosage 1 x Ice block every 30 mins. Max. Ice Blocks per day (tablets) 32. Age 6-12 years Recommended dosage 2 x Ice block every 30 mins. Max. Ice Blocks per day (tablets) 43. Age 12-Adult Recommended dosage 3 x Ice block every 30 mins. Max. Ice Blocks per day (tablets) 64. For dehydration due to other causes: Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration. Store below 30°C.

Warnings
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than: - 6 hours in infants under 6 months - 12 hours in children under 3 years - 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years - 48 hours in children over 6 years & adults Contains 54 mg of potassium per 62.5 mL Ice Block. Contains 77 mg of sodium per 62.5 mL Ice Block. Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.9 g. Contains: Sugars, sucralose, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
