DURO-TUSS Relief Dry Cough Liquid is a herbal formulation, containing Marshmallow. Marshmallow has been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help soothe an irritated throat and associated dry cough.
Ingredients
Per 10 mL: Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) 333 mg – equivalent to Althaea officinalis dry root 1 g. Per 10 mL: Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) 333 mg – equivalent to Althaea officinalis dry root 1 g.
How to Use
Do not use this medicine in children under 3 years. Consult your healthcare professional before using during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist, worsen or episodes become more frequent talk to your medical practitioner. This medicine contains 7.4g sorbitol per 30mL (maximum recommended daily dose). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Adults and Children 12 years & over: 10mL, 3 times a day. Children 3-11 years: 5mL, 3 times a day. Shake bottle before use
