How to Use
1. Remove the protective cover before use. Ensure that the roller head is securely inserted into the foot file and clean. 2. Turn on and off by pressing the power button. Use to switch between low and high speed. 3. Gently glide the roller head over hard skin and continue until you reach the desired level of softness. The foot file will stop if you press too hard. Wipe or rinse feet to remove excess dead skin and then dry feet.

Warnings
This foot file is not suitable if you have diabetes, poor blood circulation or loss of feeling in the feet.
Contraindications
Do not submerge the foot file in water. Do not use in the same area for more than 3-4 seconds at a time. Keep long hair and clothing away from the foot file when in use.
