In modern times, ginger has been used to relieve nausea associated with pregnancy and motion sickness. This formula also contains vitamin B6. Plus it contains Zinc to support Immune System Health.

How to Use
Adults: Take 2 - 4 capsules daily. Motion Sickness Nausea Relief: Take 2 capsules at least 1 hour prior to travel. Continue taking 1 capsule every 4-6 hours throughout the trip, up to 4 capsules per day.
