How to Use
Adults and adolescents 12 years and over: Take 1 tablet once a day as required to manage symptoms. Place on the tongue to rapidly dissolve. May be followed by a glass of water if desired. Take on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after food or fruit juice.

Do not take Allertine: · If you are allergic to bilastine or any other ingredients in this medicine · If you are under 12 years of age · Consult a doctor or pharmacist: · If you are breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant · If symptoms persist or appear to worsen · If you experience any side effects that concern you. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date.
